The Ampd Industry Engagement Committee brings together experienced people from across sport, aquatics, recreation, and related industries who care about where training and the workforce, is heading.

This committee exists to support honest, practical conversations about what’s really happening in the industry. It’s a space to share insight, sense-check ideas, challenge assumptions, and help ensure training reflects real workplaces, real expectations, and real learners.

Members participate as individuals and are not asked to represent organisations or promote brands. Input is advisory only.

The committee does not make decisions, approve content, or act as a governance body. Instead, the committee is about contribution — bringing your experience, perspective, and professional judgement to the table when it matters.
